Un homme de 71 ans consulte pour une exophtalmie droite non douloureuse, sans autre symptomatologie systémique.
L'imagerie par résonnance magnétique révèle une tumeur bien circonscrite ovalaire de 2 cm de diamètre du coté nasal de l'orbite droite.
La tumeur est énucléée chirurgicalement. |

A 71-year-old man consulted for the treatment of a right painless exophthalmos without any systemic symptom.
Orbital magnetic resonance imaging revealed a circumscribed oval tumor measuring 2 cm in diameter at the nasal side of the right orbit.
The tumor was surgically enucleated. |

- Mesenchymatous neoplasm with a fascicular and storiform pattern. Invasion of the peripheral connective tissue.
- Cellular areas consisted of round, polygonal and spindle-shaped cells, presenting an
ovoid nucleus and a scant eosinophilic cytoplasm
- Immunohistochemistry: CD34+, CD99+, bcl2+, S100-, Desmin-, CD117-, SMA-, EMA-, CK-
- Mitotic activity > 4/10 HPF
- Local recurrence two years after the surgery.
