	Femme de 50 ans présentant une tumeur de 3 cm du sein, avec adénopathies axillaires. Tumorectomie, et curage axillaire.		50 yo female complaining of a tumour in the breast mesuring 3 cm, with axillary lymphnode enlarged. Tumorectomy, with axillary lymphnode dissection

	Arguments: Amas cellulaires creux, d'allure tubulaire Cellules arrangées autour de cavités irrégulières, avec des aspects d'inversion de polarité morphologique, et positivité membrannaire periphérique à l'EMA Les espaces artéfactuels ne comportent pas de cellules endothéliales. Anisonucléose modérée Activité mitotique faible Fréquence: 2 % des carcinomes invasifs. Le caractère micropapillaire ne porte pas de signification pronostique sur la survie.		Hollow aggregates, appearance of tubules Tumour cell clusters with irregular central spaces, some have reversed polarity with and "inside out" morphology, and peripheral cell membrane positivity to EMA. Artefactual stromal spaces lack endothelial lining Nuclear pleomorphism moderate, Mitotic activity low 2% of invasive breast carcinomas Micropapillary growth pattern has no independent significance for survival.
